At Upswing Wellness, I help those who suffer from chronic pain, illness and fatigue.  My personal journey with chronic illness has led me on a unique path to combine yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and other modalities in a holistically to jump-start the healing process.

My goal as a yoga instructor and life coach is to help those who are suffering to heal themselves on a deep level, by addressing physical, mental and emotional stress and traumas.  My inspiration is to witness personal growth in those I work with and leave them with an invaluable toolkit that will spark them on their journey to self healing.
