After receiving awards and recognitions, through the years she has gone on to learn several styles of Yoga in India including advanced practice of asana and movements, as well as taking a deep dive into pranayama and breathwork.
After having lived and taught for 7 years in London, she is currently travelling the world expanding her knowledge and teaching in a variety of countries, while offering online classes and working on several projects in media, coaching and organising retreats and workshops.

Alice’s Yoga practice is strong and attentive to breath and alignment, she uses a varied and customised approach when coaching, based on the clients individual needs: from restorative Yoga to more dynamic and powerful flows focusing on awareness, strength and flexibility. At first, the classes can be challenging and hard work, but are always invigorating and leave students feeling highly energised, capable, and motivated.

“Yoga changed my life in such a positive way, that I decided to switch my career in marketing to fully dedicate myself to my biggest passion. What I love the most about teaching is seeing the joy and happiness experienced by my students when I’ve helped them to understand themselves more, and knowing that I’ve played a positive role in their life. To me, establishing deep relationships based on trust, love and communication is essential when you are a teacher.”
